Led by Dan, Nick, Tony and Kelly, group cross-training sessions focus on building general strength and stamina while Spartan/OCR trainings increase the intensity level to prepare you for upcoming races or events. Using a variety of innovative methods and equipment (e.g. battle ropes, obstacle walls, climbing apparati, etc.) along with the latest high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weightlifting and corrective exercises, each class varies to keep you motivated and your muscles guessing!
