Gear up for an OCR event at elevation or prepare for your next hiking adventure! Our classes will help train you to conquer steep inclines and rough terrain, while introducing you to the basics of mountaineering and trail running.

Group conditioning, Cross & Spartan/OCR Training


Led by Dan, Greg, Tony and Kelly, group cross-training sessions focus on building general strength and stamina while Spartan/OCR trainings increase the intensity level to prepare you for upcoming races or events. Using a variety of innovative methods and equipment (e.g. battle ropes, obstacle walls, climbing apparati, etc.) along with the latest high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weightlifting and corrective exercises, each class varies to keep you motivated and your muscles guessing!
